A designer with more than three decades of local and international experience in high end residential Design + Construct, Felicia works with clients from Concept Design until project handover. Her focus is on unique interior spaces which reflect her clients individual style. She is passionate about creating bespoke designs and quality fit-outs using exclusive natural materials to provide timeless and contemporary interiors.
Felicia’s interest in interior design began with her studies in the US and continued with a 17-year career in Singapore where she worked with some of the most inspiring architects, lighting and landscape designers in the industry. The last 15 years back in Perth Felicia has focused on residential renovations, working with a team of licensed, qualified trades to deliver authentic projects which express her clients desires and lifestyle.

Design and renovate process:
1- Initial site meeting and measure, to discuss design brief and budget.
2- Design fee proposal, renovation cost estimate and consultancy agreement for approval.
3- Detailed site measurements.
4- Concept Design proposal including 3D photo-realistic render drawings.
5- Design Development including material selections, supplier and labour quotes.
6- Finalize construction schedule, working drawings, renovation costs, and ordering of materials.
7- On site construction.
8- Project Handover.
