Aside from Design and Renovate projects, I offer below Interior Design Services individually:

1- 3D render drawings / Artist Impressions

A vital aspect of Design & Build is visualizing interior spaces before onsite construction commences. Photo-realistic render drawings allow client, trades and suppliers to understand design intent, and allows for clients to modify design prior to work starting on site.

For renovations the initial step is a site measure and design brief. From this I create concept plan and 3D renders of kitchen, bath, laundry, bedroom, dressing, wardrobe, living, dining, or any other area within your home. For new build homes I work directly off provided builder’s plans so no site measurement is required to create initial concept drawings.

2- Interior Decoration / Styling / Colour Consultation

For clients looking to refresh their existing interior spaces, I offer colour consultations, window covering recommendations, proposed new lighting design to create a fresh new feel, and furniture and art procurement.
