Raffles Waterfront, Applecross - complete apartment renovation. Clients brief was to create a light filled interior, reflecting the Swan river and cityscape views. With a love of cooking her dream was to have a large kitchen and separate coffee nook incorporated as part of the kitchen. The entire apartment was gutted and included installation of new engineered oak floors, new tiling, new kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, all new stonework and lighting. The kitchen coffee nook was created by removing and re-building stud walls in master bedroom linen to re-use that space within kitchen footprint - an extended galley Chef’s kitchen.
